What’s your number one search engine?

There is the physical and spiritual sides to our lives. Largely, we can take care of some parts of our physical lives, at least, that’s why God gave us our brains but there are still some aspects of our physical lives that are completely beyond our control and we desire answers and solutions to them through natural or supernatural means.

In this present time, one of the most available and readily accessible mediums to seek answers to our queries and concerns is Google and other search engines.

As at the time of this writing, I found that Google now processes over 40,000 search queries every second on average and translates to over 3.5 billion searches per day and 1.2 trillion searches per year globally.

My question for you is how many of your query make up this pool? What do you search about mostly? (That is for you to think about).

There is absolutely nothing wrong with searching for natural answers and information to stay updated with facts but I am speaking of searching those answers that we don’t have control over.

Recently, I had a concern about my son and there was nothing I could personally about it. It was not something I could will or anyone else. I worried, talked about it and ‘Googled it’ but I never really deliberately prayed about it for some days.

Sometimes we wave things off and simply regard it as developmental issues and leave it to time to change but I tell you, time doesn’t necessary change things if we are not intentional about.

Deliberately begin a process and then leave it to time to see the fruit but if you don’t do anything about it and just leave it to time, it will only get worse.

Like I was saying, I just suddenly realized that I haven’t prayed about it and I began to. I got scriptures related to the matter and I began to pray use it to pray over him each time I remembered. Sincerely, within weeks, I saw a remarkable change in him that was lucid and I returned all glory to God.

Some of us might not realize that we are making Google a god that we are making supplications to and it is happening today.

I know google have answers and information to lots of our query but to be candid, have Google been able to resolve all your concerns? No doubt, Google will display to you thousands if not millions of related results about your query but does that give you the answer you need? It only shows you that you are not alone on the matter!

Please don’t be short-changed.  Jesus still answers prayers. Yours too will be answered if you will just pray and pray with the right keys.
